Burn some extra calories in the afternoon with two high energy sessions – Bollywood with Hith and Fitness with Sana. End your Monday with a soccer skills session from our expert soccer coach, Lorcs.

11am – Meditation with Karen

12pm – Health Chat with Eangano and Pete
